In today’s post I’m going to talk about the thing I love the most besides food: summer festivals!
I’m going to talk about the festivals that are going to occur in Lisbon, my city. I love my country and Lisbon is my favorite city. I love this city because it has such interesting history and beautiful landscapes.
If you love summer festivals you should definitely read this post, you will love it. I will present to you 3 summer festivals that I find really cool and with amazing bands playing there.
1. Rock In Rio
Rock in Rio is a spring/summer festival that occurs in Portugal every two years at Parque da Bela Vista. It’s occurring right now and it ends this Sunday, May 29.
It has a lot of stages with different music genders, so if you’re into a different type of music you can choose and that’s really cool. It’s a very diverse festival.
This Saturday, May 28 I’m going there to see Maroon 5 and I’m super excited to see Adam Levine.

2. NOS Alive
This festival is a very alternative one. It occurs every year at Passeio de Algés. It has different stages, just like Rock In Rio, for you to choose what type of music you want to hear. It is, as well, really diverse. The festival starts on July 7 and it ends on July 9. Three days of pure happiness and fun!
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to buy the tickets to Tame Impala and they’re sold out, shame on me. But I really want to watch The 1975 and I think I might get my hand on those tickets!!

3. Super Bock Super Rock
This one, as the name says, is for the “Super Rock” lovers.
It’s a festival that changed its location to Parque das Nações, Lisbon. It starts on July 14 and ends on July 16. I never went to this festival and I’m really curious about this one.
It’s much more alternative than the other two festivals mentioned above. I really want to go and watch Disclosure’s concert and Kendrick Lamar’s concert as well.
